• Damaged during delivery, or
• Misprinted or defective,

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the defect or damage

We will assess the case and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind
• Minor printing imperfections that do not affect readability
• Delays caused by courier services
• Incorrect address provided by the customer
